Desktop and apps
A desktop of its own.
Liquid glass, a dock, Control Center, widgets, Flow and a 3D window switcher, drawn by our own compositor. And apps made for it.
Press Super, and type.
Search answers as you type: a definition, your files, the web. Or hand the question straight to Ada.
Your windows, laid out in space.
Alt+Tab flies your windows onto a curved wall. Flow sets them side by side, slanted in 3D, and touchpad gestures move you between desktops.
Apps made for it.
Files, Browser, Terminal, Notes, Photos, Camera, Player, Viewer, Studio for video, Task Manager and Settings, all in one design that follows the theme you pick.
Bring your Windows apps.
Double-click an .exe and it opens in an Ada window. Many Windows programs run as they are, each in a tidy space of its own.
Keep Windows, too.
Install Ada from Windows and it sits alongside. Pick which to start, or remove Ada later.
Made to stay working.
Updates that undo themselves.
Signed releases install beside the running one and switch at the next restart. If a new one misbehaves, Ada goes back to the last good one on her own.
Updates you can see.
Ada updates herself. Settings → Software Update shows what’s new, and lets you check now.
Only what you allow.
Ada sees only the folders and apps you let her, and keeps what she remembers on your computer.
